Global Payments is experiencing a “modest headwind” due to the conflict in the Middle East, which has disrupted flights for 12 of its largest Middle Eastern airline clients. CEO Cameron Bready noted that while the impact on earnings and cash flow is expected to be minimal given the company’s size and diversity, they are monitoring broader macroeconomic effects like rising fuel prices. The company is also working to integrate its recent $24.25-billion acquisition of Worldpay.
