Western Test: Jointly Establish a 500 Million Yuan Western Aerospace Technology Company

Western Test Announcement: Xi’an Triangle Defense, Xi’an Ruitou Energy, and Shaanxi Aerospace Power Research Institute plan to sign an “Investment Agreement” to jointly establish Western Aerospace Technology (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. (tentative name) with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. Among them, Triangle Defense will contribute 200 million yuan, accounting for 40%; the company will contribute 140 million yuan, accounting for 28%; Ruitou Energy will contribute 140 million yuan, accounting for 28%; and Shaanxi Aerospace Institute will contribute 20 million yuan, accounting for 4%.
