Gelonghui, March 18 — Tende Yu (688252.SH) announced that on March 18, 2026, Shenzhen Tende Yu Technology Co., Ltd. received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Hengfeng Co., Ltd. (“Hengfeng”), regarding one of its concerted actors, Puyu Investment Co., Ltd. (“Puyu Investment”). Puyu Investment indirectly increased its holdings by 300,000 shares through a total return swap contract, representing 0.07% of the company’s total share capital.

Puyu Investment plans to continue increasing its stake through a total return swap over the next six months starting from March 18, 2026. The total amount of the additional purchases (including the current increase) will not be less than RMB 20 million and not more than RMB 40 million.
