Sino Land and MTR Corporation (00066) collaborated on the Deep Water South Phase 6A at Wong Chuk Hang Station, Aberdeen, Hong Kong Island South. The first round of sales received 2,200 registration applications, nearly 23 times oversubscribed, indicating strong demand.

The project will launch 93 units tomorrow (22nd), mainly one- and two-bedroom layouts, with discounted prices starting from HKD 26,785 per square foot. It is expected to attract high-end investors, mainland professionals, high-income professionals, and young first-time buyers.
