TCL Smart Home Announcement: In 2025, operating revenue is 18.531 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.93%. Net profit is 1.123 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.22%. The company’s profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on a total share capital of 1.084 billion shares, a cash dividend of 2.04 yuan (tax included) will be paid for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with 0 bonus shares (tax included), and no capital increase through reserve funds.
