On March 21, Apple CEO Tim Cook visited an art space in Chaoyang, Beijing, to observe the latest applications of digital technologies like artificial intelligence in traditional cultural preservation and restoration, such as mural restoration. Cook stated, “This is a very exciting time, with everything changing rapidly, especially in China. I believe AI is one of the most profoundly meaningful things in our lifetime. To us, AI is about amplifying human capabilities, not replacing humans.” “I think everyone should let go of their fears, start using it in daily life, and consider how it can help you, make you more efficient, and share some of your workload. Our lives need more happiness, and some of the things we do don’t bring us joy. Perhaps AI can help us share those burdens.” (CCTV Finance)
