Lockheed Martin has appointed Mark Kvasnak as vice president of Investor Relations, effective March 16, succeeding Maria Ricciardone. Kvasnak previously was CFO of Rotary and Mission Systems and aided in integrating Sikorsky Aircraft.

Lockheed Martin has announced the appointment of Mark Kvasnak as its new vice president, Investor Relations, effective March 16. Kvasnak previously served as vice president and CFO for Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems business area and played a key role in the financial integration of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. He succeeds Maria Ricciardone, who will continue as vice president, Treasurer, with additional functional responsibilities.
