Aluminum Pigment Leader Zuxing New Materials Listed on Beijing Stock Exchange, Changsha Welcomes Third Listed Company This Year
Changsha Evening News, Palm Changsha, March 18 (All-media Reporter Fan Honghuan) — On March 18, with the ringing of the listing bell, Zuxing New Materials Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Zuxing New Materials”) officially listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, with stock code “920078.” This national-level specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise in the aluminum pigment field, a leader in its niche, became the first A-share listed company in Changsha this year. It is also the third listed company in Changsha this year, after Hongxing Cold Chain and Mingming Very Busy.
On the day of listing, Zuxing New Materials opened at 33 yuan per share, a 372.78% increase from the issuance price of 6.98 yuan per share. Its total market value also surpassed 4.4 billion yuan.
“Hidden Champion” Breaks Dependence on High-End Aluminum Pigment Imports
Many people are not familiar with “Zuxing,” but their products have long penetrated the capillaries of high-end manufacturing worldwide. Since its establishment in 2007, Zuxing New Materials has been dedicated to the application research and product development of aluminum pigments and microfine spherical aluminum powder. Its main business covers the entire industry chain from microfine spherical aluminum powder to metal aluminum pigments.
As Chairman Liang Xiaobin said, “What we want to do is to enable Chinese manufacturing to use high-quality aluminum pigments made in China.” This nationally recognized specialized and innovative “Little Giant” based in Ningxiang has broken foreign monopolies, giving China a voice in the global aluminum pigment field. It also led the formulation of three industry standards and is a true industry benchmark.
From a pioneer that broke industry monopolies in the past to a rising star aiming at the global high-end new material market today, this niche “hidden champion” is poised for further growth. The funds raised from this issuance will mainly be invested in three major projects: an annual production of 5,000 tons of high-purity microfine spherical aluminum powder, an annual production of 1,000 tons of high-performance aluminum pigments for powder coatings, and technological upgrades for high-performance aluminum silver paste.
Industrial Fertile Ground Nurtures New Capital Vitality in Changsha
The successful listing of Zuxing New Materials not only demonstrates the company’s strong core strength but also reflects Changsha’s excellent industrial ecosystem and the significant results of capital market cultivation. In recent years, the pace of enterprise listings in Changsha has continued to accelerate, forming a pattern of “domestic + overseas” multiple points of growth. Companies such as MicroBT, Lens Technology, Sidiz Smart Driving, and Hongxing Cold Chain have successively appeared in domestic and international capital markets, showcasing the resilience and vitality of Changsha’s corporate team.
Behind this is Changsha’s tiered cultivation and precise service for potential listed companies. Through the division of “top students,” “seedlings,” and “sprouts,” as well as innovative financial service models like “Changsha Enterprise Listing Home,” Changsha has paved a “fast lane” for companies to go public. With Zuxing New Materials joining, the Changsha capital market landscape continues to expand, and more high-quality local enterprises are accelerating from the industrial fertile ground to the capital stage.
