According to the Kremlin website, Russian President Putin on March 21 sent holiday greetings to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian on the occasion of Nowruz. Putin stated that Russia has always been a faithful and reliable partner to Iran during these difficult times.
