Gartner predicts that by 2031, artificial intelligence will resolve 60% of supply chain disruptions without human intervention, leading to increasingly autonomous supply chains. Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) are embracing agentic AI capabilities and will need to implement new governance models to oversee AI-enabled decision-making responsibly.
