My wife said she wanted to buy a laptop for work, and I got excited right away. I said she wouldn't use it for long anyway—I'd end up using it more. I've been reluctant to upgrade my own broken computer. So I immediately took her to a physical store to pick one out, got it subsidized by the government, and settled it in half a day!
