(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)'s controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Shan Yinmu holds 904,713,764 shares of the company, accounting for 38.35% of the total share capital. Mr. Shan Yinmu’s total pledged shares (including this pledge) amount to 348,220,000 shares, representing 38.49% of his holdings and 14.76% of the company’s total share capital.

Recently, the company received notice that the controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Shan Yinmu has pledged, extended the pledge, and released some of his shares. The specific details are as follows:
