Gelonghui March 18 — Bay Area Development (00737.HK) announced its 2025 annual results. The revenue for 2025 is 786 million yuan. The profit attributable to equity shareholders increased by 2% year-on-year to approximately 468 million yuan, mainly due to a decrease in the group’s financial costs compared to the previous year and the combined effects of changes in the performance of joint ventures. The proposed final dividend is 7.60 cents RMB per share, with an annual regular dividend payout ratio of 100%.
