People’s Financial News, March 20 — Bo Yingte Welding (301468) announced on March 20 that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam, Bo Ying Vietnam, officially signed a “Land Lease Agreement” with Sao Do Investment Group Corporation. The lease term starts from the date of signing the “Land Handover Memorandum” and ends on May 6, 2059. The signing of this contract by the Vietnam company is to further strengthen the construction of the company’s Vietnam production base, expand the capacity of the Vietnam facility, and respond more efficiently to customer needs. It aims to improve product delivery capabilities and service quality, better meet the growing demand in the North American HRSG and other product markets, and enhance the company’s overall competitiveness and brand influence in overseas markets.
