After spending time in the crypto market, you'll realize that many people come in with tens of thousands of dollars with only one thing on their minds — going all-in to double their money.

Chasing hot topics today, trying to catch the bottom tomorrow, without even setting stop-losses. Eventually their money's gone, and they've been beaten into submission.

Bottom line: those who survive aren't relying on luck, but on a system they can actually execute.

I once mentored a newbie who knew almost nothing about crypto, but had one great quality — he was obedient.

He started with 1000 USDT and grew it to 42,000 USDT in a month and a half, never blew up his account. Not luck — discipline.

His approach was actually simple:

First, separate your capital — 400 USDT for trend trading, wait if there's no clear direction; 300 USDT for short-term trades, take profits at 3%-6% and exit; the remaining 300 USDT as a safety line, don't touch it lightly.

Many think it's too conservative, but the most important thing in the market is surviving first.

Then there's timing. Don't trade during ranging and consolidation — for example, when the market's just grinding sideways, wait patiently. Only take two types of opportunities: breakouts to enter, or bounces after pullback confirmation.

When profits reach 15% or above, take some off the table. Numbers in your account don't count — only money in your pocket counts.

Finally, manage your mindset. Set your stop-loss before opening a position, stop if you're wrong, don't chase the next trade; don't get cocky when you're winning, maintain your rhythm.

The market doesn't reward impulsiveness — it only rewards disciplined people.

From 1000 USDT to 42,000 USDT: there's no magic move, just three fundamentals: don't mess around, don't gamble, don't be greedy.
