Announcement on Holding the 2025 Annual Performance Conference and Soliciting Questions

China General Nuclear Power Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will disclose its 2025 H-share annual performance report on March 25, 2026, and will release the 2025 A-share annual report, report summary, and ESG report on March 26, 2026. The 2025 annual performance conference will be held on the afternoon of March 26, 2026.
To help investors better understand the company’s production and operation, this performance conference will be held via online video live broadcast. All investors are welcome to participate actively.
