Despite the US launching a new round of investigation into EU trade policies recently, which could trigger additional tariff measures, Members of the European Parliament decided to continue advancing the relevant procedures, but on the condition that the US complies with the trade agreement terms reached between the two sides last summer, which includes setting a 15% tariff cap on most EU exported goods.
