Wu Qing, Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, recently met with Hong Kong SAR Financial Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Christopher Hui, Hong Kong Monetary Authority Chief Executive Eddie Yue, Securities and Futures Commission Chairman Huang Tianyu, and Chief Executive Officer Lisa Fong.

The parties exchanged views on the recent domestic and international economic and financial situation, further deepening pragmatic cooperation in the capital markets during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and supporting Hong Kong’s continued consolidation and enhancement of its status as an international financial center.
