Abstract generation in progress

Live Nation, parent company of Ticketmaster, has agreed to a $200 million settlement with the Justice Department over an antitrust lawsuit. The settlement requires Live Nation to change its ticketing practices, including ending exclusivity over venues, limiting Ticketmaster fees to 15%, and allowing competing vendors on its platform. Additionally, artists will no longer be bound by Ticketmaster exclusivity, and Live Nation will divest over 10% of its amphitheater shares.
