Shede Liquor Industry's 2025 revenue reaches 4.419 billion yuan, with Tuopai Premium T68 showing continued high-speed growth in sales velocity, opening rate, and shelf placement data
On March 20th, Shede Spirits released its 2025 financial report. It disclosed that last year’s revenue was approximately 4.419 billion yuan, a decrease of 17.51% year-over-year; net attributable profit was about 223 million yuan, down 35.51% year-over-year.
According to the 2025 profit distribution plan, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3.10 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares, totaling approximately 102 million yuan (tax included), accounting for 45.67% of the company’s net attributable profit for 2025.

During the reporting period, the company’s revenue and net profit declines narrowed significantly, demonstrating stronger operational resilience and cyclical resistance. Cash flow from operating activities improved year-over-year. Management expenses decreased by 12.39% year-over-year, while the company’s total assets increased to 12.615 billion yuan.
In terms of product structure, to address the main contradictions caused by industry deep adjustments, the company continued to optimize its product layout in 2025, achieving high growth returns in the mass liquor market. Notably, the strategic flagship product TuoPai T-68 continued to see rapid growth in sales, bottling, and shelf placement. The inventory of Shede’s Taste channel continued to clear out, the 10-year Shede collectibles maintained stable prices, Shede Celebrations sales doubled, and the “She Zhi Dao” brand saw double growth in both sales and opening bottles. During the year, the company’s ordinary liquor sales revenue increased by 5.75% to 733 million yuan; additionally, the company further promoted inventory to return to rational levels, ensuring the stability of core flagship product prices.
Regarding channel structure optimization, in 2025, the company’s e-commerce channel continued to accelerate and improve efficiency, achieving sales revenue of 604 million yuan, a year-over-year increase of 35.46%. Offline channels continued to deepen penetration and reach, with thousands of new stores added in KA channels, and overall channel operation capabilities steadily improved.
