Huarun Real Estate Shanghai Huangpu District Yuqing Li Project Phase 1 Design Plan Public Announcement
****Viewpoint.com News: On March 20, the construction project design plan for the plots C010102-54-03, 59-02, 60-01, and 60-02 in Huangpu District, Shanghai (excluding Plot 60-02 in Phase 1) was publicly announced.
This site is part of China Resources Land’s Huangpu District Yoqingli Phase 1 project, which plans for 37 landscaped villas, 6 street-facing commercial buildings, and 1 affordable rental housing building.
The project is located at the junction of three major historical and cultural preservation areas: People’s Square, The Bund, and Laochengxiang. It is close to Shanghai Metro Line 8’s Dazhong Station, with nearby access to Lines 1, 2, and 10.
In terms of amenities, it is near shopping districts such as Xintiandi, Yuyuan Garden, People’s Square, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Surrounding schools include Gezhi Middle School, Penglai Road No. 2 Primary School, and Shanghai Experimental Primary School. There are also top-tier hospitals like Shuguang Hospital and Renzhi Hospital.
In early August 2025, China Resources Land announced that, together with the Shanghai South Property Consortium, it acquired the Yaohua and Yoqingli combined plots in Pudong New Area and Huangpu District through equity transfer.
The total transfer price was 24.47 billion yuan, with China Resources Land and Shanghai South Property paying 90% and 10%, respectively, and holding corresponding shares and bonds as announced.
