PointCentral has launched the industry’s first online multi-credential Z-Wave lock solution for multifamily properties, integrating perimeter access with individual unit entry. Developed in collaboration with Yale, this new 800 Series Z-Wave Long Range mortise lock allows residents to use a single RFID badge for both community and apartment access, while property managers can remotely issue PIN codes for various needs. The system aims to simplify access management, streamline operations, and enhance resident experience in multifamily communities.
