Yuan Jie Technology Enters the Ranks of A-Share Thousand-Yuan Stocks, with Cumulative Gains of Nearly 690% Over the Past Year, Continuing Market Legend
A-shares market adds another thousand-yuan stock! On March 20, the popular CPO concept stock Yuanzhe Technology’s share price surged past the 1,000 yuan mark, hitting a new all-time high and becoming the eighth listed company in A-shares history to have a share price over 1,000 yuan, after companies like Kweichow Moutai. Data shows that based on the closing price on March 20, 2025, the stock has nearly increased by 690% over the past year, attracting significant market attention.
Looking back at A-shares history, the thousand-yuan stock group has always been a market focus. So far, seven stocks have maintained or are maintaining a share price above 1,000 yuan, including Zhong’an Technology, Kweichow Moutai, YunSai ZhiLian, Cambrian, Stone Technology, Hema Shares, and Aimeike. Among them, Kweichow Moutai, Stone Technology, and Aimeike all reached their historical peaks in 2021, while Hema Shares and Cambrian hit new highs in 2022 and 2025 respectively, demonstrating the long-term value potential of industry leaders in different sectors.
In terms of industry distribution, the thousand-yuan stocks cover sectors such as consumer, technology, and semiconductors. Kweichow Moutai, as a benchmark in the consumer sector, has long held the highest price in A-shares; Stone Technology and Aimeike represent emerging consumer trends; the rise of Cambrian and Hema Shares reflects ongoing market enthusiasm for hard-tech companies. The inclusion of Yuanzhe Technology among the thousand-yuan stocks further confirms the market’s high recognition of frontier technologies like CPO (co-packaged optical).
Market analysts point out that the emergence of thousand-yuan stocks reflects both the companies’ fundamentals and growth potential, as well as the close relationship with market liquidity and changes in investor structure. With the deepening of the registration system reform and increasing proportion of institutional investors, A-shares’ pricing power for quality assets continues to strengthen. More industry leaders in niche fields may join the thousand-yuan stock camp in the future. However, investors should also remain cautious of short-term emotional overheating and associated volatility risks, and view stock price performance rationally.
