The announcement was sent to the company’s customers and friends. It states: Former Vice President Cheng (female) and former Vice President He @E1@ of Saco Micro Semiconductor (male) were dismissed before the Spring Festival. The main reasons are: first, virtual agents Desenlite Company’s Luo @E2@ and Huan Yu Xin Ke Company’s Yuan @E3@ colluded internally and externally to embezzle company assets; second, they openly stole food in the office, severely damaging social morals and work atmosphere, and violating national laws and regulations. Both companies have the same legal representative, Song Shiqiang, and are affiliated enterprises.
