Sunshine 100 (00083), led by MTR (00066), actively promotes sales at Tseung Kwan O Sun Rise City Ha Wai Bay I. The bidding for 254 units closes tomorrow, and the results will be announced as soon as possible, with the first price list potentially released next week.

Sunshine 100 Executive Director Tin Siu-yuan stated that the project attracts international buyers. In addition to mainland Chinese clients, there are also prospective buyers from Korea and other nationalities visiting the sales office. As this phase is the final one in Sun Rise City, offering sea views and clubhouse facilities, many prospective buyers are eager to enter the market. The results will be announced shortly after tomorrow’s bidding deadline.

Tin Siu-yuan also mentioned receiving inquiries from tenants and investors in the area, hoping to rent out small units, which are believed to offer attractive rental yields. The first price list may be released next week.

Additionally, the clubhouse “CLUB MIRABELLE” at Ha Wai Bay I covers over 83,000 square feet and features a “SEASIDE RESORT LIVING” theme. It includes five main themed areas: a resort water景 zone, a fitness clubhouse, a seaside banquet hall, a children’s clubhouse, and a seaside leisure area.
