KONTA Environmental (06136) announced that for the full year ending last year, the attributable profit to shareholders was 2.37 billion yuan (RMB), an increase of 41.23% year-on-year, mainly due to lower financing costs and administrative expenses compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were 10.81 cents, and a final dividend of 0.5 HK cents was declared.

During the period, revenue was 24.27 billion yuan, up 7.32% year-on-year. Gross profit margin was 44.9%, down 3.3 percentage points.
