According to the auction platform, the property is located at No. 147 Lianhuo South Road, Jiahe Building, Lianhu District, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province. The building has 28 floors, and the auctioned unit is on the 20th floor. The total construction area is 148.91 square meters, and it is designated as residential use. In 2023, the property was appraised at 2,541,596 yuan, with a unit price of 17,000 yuan per square meter. Hongxing News reporter noted that the court previously auctioned this property in first and second auctions, as well as through judicial sale, but all failed due to no bids. The map shows that the property is located not far from Xi’an City Wall.

On March 17, Hongxing News reporter called the consultation phone number listed in the auction notice and was informed that, due to the previous failure to sell, this auction involves criminal assets, starting at 1 yuan. The auction platform indicates that although the starting price is only 1 yuan, a deposit of 200,000 yuan is required, with an increment of 6,000 yuan.

The auction notice specifically reminds that the property has overdue fees for property management, garbage collection, heating, etc., totaling 28,022.19 yuan from January 1, 2020, to March 31, 2026, which will be borne by the successful bidder.

As of the time of this report, over 570 people have set reminders for this item, but no one has registered to bid yet.
