Emma E. Giamartino, CFO and Chief Investment Officer of CBRE Group, reported an open-market sale of 9,223 Class A Common Stock shares at $148.61 each. Concurrently, she received a 2026 annual equity award of 10,900 shares, which will vest 25% annually from February 25, 2027, to 2030. Additionally, 943 shares were disposed of at $147.24 to cover tax obligations related to the equity award.
