On March 17, China Reinsurance announced that on the same day, the company received the approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission regarding Zhu Xiaoyun’s qualification for the position. According to the approval, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission officially approved Zhu Xiaoyun’s appointment as President of the company on March 16, 2026. Zhu Xiaoyun will officially assume office from that date, with a term lasting until the expiration of the fifth board of directors, and re-election is possible upon term expiration.
