After Xibei's massive layoffs and store closures, Xibei founder Jia Guolong was forced to leave Xibei and began a new restaurant venture—"Tianbian Claypot Braised Noodles" has quietly opened in Beijing's 798 Art District.
The first store opened on February 13th, with an average spending of 40 to 50 yuan per person, featuring claypot braised noodles, a specialty from Jia Guolong's hometown of Bayan League in Inner Mongolia.
