On March 16, 2026, “Nvidia of the robotics world,” Digua Robotics, announced the completion of a $120 million (approximately 830 million RMB) Series B1 funding round.
Investors in this round include leading industry capital such as Synstellation Capital, Didi, Meituan Longzhu, and others.
Strategic investment institutions such as BAIC Industry Investment, Jiukun Venture Capital, Xinlian Capital, Borui Capital, Jiuyang Home Office, Yongning Gaoxin, Yarei Capital, and more participated.
Top-tier financial investors including Yunbai Capital, Jinqiu Fund, Xingrui Capital, Chuxin Capital, Gengxin Capital, and others also co-invested.
Meanwhile, existing shareholders such as Hillhouse Capital, Vertex Growth Fund under Temasek Singapore, Linear Capital, Hexuan Capital, Huangpu River Capital, Wuyuan Capital, and Meihua Venture Capital all participated with oversubscriptions.
Digua Robotics stated that this funding will fully support the company’s full-stack hardware and software technology R&D and product iteration.
This marks the second time Digua Robotics has completed Series A and B funding rounds, following a $100 million Series A round in 2025.
The total funding amount across both rounds reaches $220 million (about 1.517 billion RMB).
It is reported that Digua Robotics spun off from Horizon Robotics’ original robotics division and became an independent entity in the first half of 2024.
As a provider covering all categories of robots, Digua Robotics aims to meet three differentiated market needs: large-scale mass-produced robotic products, ubiquitous innovative robotic applications, and general-purpose embodied intelligent robots for the future. The company has built a comprehensive product system from chips and algorithms to software.
With a complete product lineup ranging from 5 to 560 TOPS computing power, it covers all scenarios including humanoid robots, wheeled and legged robots, quadruped robot dogs, service companion robots, and logistics AMRs, fulfilling end-side computing demands. The company has established a full supply chain from cutting-edge technological innovation to mass production.
Over the past year, Digua Robotics has deepened collaborations with industry leaders such as Yunwhale, Yingshi Insta360, and Vitar Power, covering fields like vacuum robots, drones, robotic dogs, and desktop companions.
The company states it will continue to drive intergenerational leaps in robotic product intelligence through full-chain infrastructure development and aims to become the “Wintel of the robotics era,” committed to providing optimal solutions for the intelligent development of robots.
