People’s Financial News, March 17 — Jiangsu Cable (600959) announced on March 17 that a shareholder holding 0.28% of the shares, Vision Jingcheng Communication, plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 8,744,400 shares, accounting for 0.17% of the company’s total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction and will not be lower than the closing price of the stock on the trading day before the reduction announcement.
