According to CCTV Finance, on the 15th, during the live broadcast of the “3.15” Gala by China Central Radio and Television, the State Administration for Market Regulation and market supervision departments across many regions coordinated in real-time and watched the broadcast simultaneously. In response to the illegal clues exposed during the gala, relevant officials from the State Administration for Market Regulation conducted on-site dispatch and handling at the command center.

Sources from the command center of the State Administration for Market Regulation learned that during this year’s “3.15” Gala live broadcast, the bureau relied on the Intelligent Supervision System for command and dispatch. During the broadcast, market supervision departments across various regions simultaneously conducted on-site inspections, immediate reporting, and rapid handling of the exposed issues. That night, the command center carried out two rounds of intensive dispatch. For various illegal and irregular problems, the center directly coordinated frontline law enforcement personnel in Sichuan, Liaoning, Shanghai, and other areas via video link, ensuring quick response and on-site supervision, and fully carried out investigation and handling.

Building on the on-site immediate dispatch and handling, the State Administration for Market Regulation has further increased enforcement efforts, dispatching working groups to the involved regions to conduct comprehensive supervision and investigation of the issues exposed during the “3.15” Gala.
Sources on-site revealed that the bureau had already dispatched six special investigation teams around March 10. After the exposure of related issues at the Gala, the bureau sent an additional nine working groups overnight to relevant areas to carry out case investigations and supervision.
Market regulation departments stated they will maintain a high-pressure crackdown stance, drawing lessons from exposed issues, resolutely maintaining a fair and orderly market environment, and truly protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

That evening, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a statement: In response to illegal behaviors involving “bleached chicken feet,” “height-increasing marketing tricks,” and other violations in the market regulation field exposed during the “3.15” Gala by China Central Radio and Television, the bureau quickly activated emergency response mechanisms, deploying law enforcement actions. The investigation results will be announced to the public in a timely manner.

The “3.15” Gala exposed issues involving “bleached chicken feet” and “万能神药” (万能神药, “Universal Miracle Medicine”) exosomes, involving Shufu Xiang Food Co., Ltd., Mingyang Food Co., Ltd., and Jebosaier Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Chengdu. The Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and government attached great importance, immediately established joint investigation teams to carry out law enforcement actions, conducted comprehensive inspections of the involved companies, ordered them to stop production and business, and sealed all related products and raw materials. Further investigations are ongoing.
The Gala exposed a Chongqing company illegally using hydrogen peroxide to process chicken feet. After the bureau transferred the case clues to Chongqing Market Supervision Bureau, law enforcement officers from city and district levels have entered the companies to continue in-depth investigations. Currently, the case has been filed for illegal conduct, involved products have been seized, and the company has been urged to recall the involved products proactively.
The Gala exposed issues related to Haolin (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The Tianjin authorities formed a joint investigation team comprising the Tianjin Food and Drug Administration, Tianjin Health Commission, Tianjin Public Security Bureau, and Tianjin Market Supervision Bureau, which conducted investigations overnight to crack down on illegal activities and safeguard the legitimate rights of the public.
The Gala revealed that companies like “Dejiru” were involved in false advertising related to “youthful physical height increase.” Wenzhou Market Supervision Bureau immediately dispatched relevant departments to conduct law enforcement inspections. Industry-specific governance measures were organized to protect consumers’ legal rights.
Meanwhile, Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) Market Supervision Bureau paid close attention to Hangzhou Anlishen Health Management Co., Ltd.'s “height-increasing scam,” dispatched personnel to the scene for investigation and handling, and has already filed a case against the company, collecting evidence for further processing according to law. Future actions will be based on the investigation results.
The Gala exposed illegal issues with Shanghai Hello Puhui Technology Co., Ltd. and Bojingsi Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in electric bike rentals. Shanghai municipal and district market supervision departments immediately activated emergency response mechanisms, working with police and transportation departments to conduct on-site inspections overnight. Illegal behaviors will be strictly investigated and dealt with, and the results will be announced to the public promptly.
The Gala exposed issues involving Shenyang Shengwei and Aoying companies. The Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and government attached great importance, and the Market Supervision Bureau, together with relevant departments, immediately formed a joint investigation team to conduct on-site investigations.
