This newspaper report (Duan Xuan Yi, Li Kang) states that recently, the Lianyungang Municipal Bureau of Government Affairs organized a training session on vehicle and asset management for all city government agencies and public institutions. The training focused on policy and制度 interpretation, practical operation of the new platform, and key annual tasks. The courses were precisely tailored and practical, with strong relevance and guidance.

Regarding vehicle management, the Bureau provided a systematic explanation of the new series of vehicle management policies introduced in 2025. The focus was on social vehicle leasing, management of official vehicles for public institutions, staffing management, and vehicle disposal regulations. The training clarified the approval process for vehicle updates and procurement, as well as the use and management positive and negative lists, strengthening awareness of discipline boundaries. Additionally, practical exercises were conducted on the 3.0 version of the official vehicle management platform, detailing new feature modules, full online processing workflows, and exception data warning rules, effectively enhancing participants’ digital management skills. The meeting also made specific arrangements for the 2025 official vehicle statistical reporting work.

In terms of state asset management, the training included comprehensive promotion of the newly implemented measures for leasing and lending of state-owned real estate and asset disposal management for municipal administrative and public institutions, further enhancing the authority and enforcement of the regulations. The training focused on weak links in asset management, clarifying approval procedures for real estate leasing and lending, requirements for open bidding, and unified management standards. It detailed the full process of asset disposal, emphasizing idle asset sharing and management, and addressing issues such as over-purchasing and irregular disposal. Simultaneously, training was provided on the activation of the smart real estate supervision platform, clarifying data reporting, dynamic updates, and online supervision requirements, promoting a clear understanding of real estate assets, accurate data, and effective regulation.
