Recently, Kaineng Health Technology Group announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai Yuan Tian Biotechnology, has signed a five-year “Letter of Intent for Cooperation” with Sichuan Provincial Medical Academy of Sciences and Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital. During the cooperation period from 2026 to 2030, Kaineng Health will invest no less than 80 million yuan in phases for research and development projects.

The two parties will focus on orthopedics, ophthalmology, and age-related diseases, collaborating on GCP and IIT projects involving stem cells and immune cell preparations. They will jointly explore clinical translation pathways for cell therapy, accumulate safety and efficacy data, and promote the transformation of results into advanced treatment methods. Kaineng Health stated that the related investments will be made according to the actual progress of the projects. It is expected that these will not significantly impact current operating performance but will help enhance the company’s core competitiveness in cell research and application fields. However, due to the complexity and various factors affecting the scientific research projects, there are uncertainties.
