It is also reported that major cloud providers like Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and Huawei Cloud are experiencing a shortage of computing power, with Tencent tokens prices rising by as much as 400%.

Everbright Securities previously pointed out that the strong global demand for AI computing power is reshaping the cloud service industry. With AWS breaking the norm by raising prices first, the vicious price competition in the industry is expected to end, leading to a double recovery in profit centers and valuation systems. As a core cloud platform within the Xiaomi ecosystem, Kingsoft Cloud’s AI business is expected to maintain rapid growth and directly benefit from the industry’s recovery and its own accelerated growth.
