New Launch | First Hui Opening Brochure First Batch of Units Priced This Week
Hengdi (00012)’s development, Hung Hom First Union, has entered the sales phase. Hang Kee Property Agency Director and General Manager of Sales (I), Lam Tat-man, stated that the sales brochure for First Union has just been uploaded. The sales process will commence in the coming days, including open house for show units and pricing, with the possibility of releasing the first price list within this week. The initial launch is expected to include 50 units, with pricing参考 the nearby The Haddon, which is in the same district. Over the past three months, The Haddon has sold approximately 80 units, with an average price of nearly HKD 22,000 per square foot.
Regarding the recent influx of new projects, Lam Tat-man said that First Union has its own advantages and is not worried about competition. He also believes that the property market is in the early stages of recovery, with active trading and healthy price increases.
Lam Tat-man added that First Union comprises a total of 241 units, including 233 standard units and 8特色 units, mainly one- and two-bedroom apartments, with 153 units, accounting for over 60% of the development.
Data shows that the one-bedroom units in First Union number 66, with usable areas ranging from 228 to 274 square feet; two-bedroom units total 111, with usable areas from 309 to 415 square feet; three-bedroom units number 42, with usable areas from 493 to 534 square feet; and four-bedroom units total 22, with usable areas from 560 to 850 square feet.
Additionally, the developer has today opened a four-bedroom show unit without modifications for the first time, based on Unit A on the 23rd floor, with a usable area of 600 square feet.
