Viewpoint Network News: On March 18, the 2-month Hong Kong dollar HIBOR (Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate) fell to 2.2431%, hitting a new low since August last year.

Data shows that most other Hong Kong dollar HIBOR tenors declined on that day, with overnight at 1.44060%, 1-week at 1.57911%, 1-month at 2.07298%, and 3-month at 2.34000%; 6-month remained at 2.60268%, and 1-year slightly increased to 2.82607%.
