Abstract generation in progress

Today, the General Administration of Market Regulation approved and released nine national standards in the digitalization field, providing unified norms and technical support for China’s standard digital transformation. The standards unify basic general rules. Part 2 of the digital standards clarifies the core elements and their interrelationships of digital standard activities from three dimensions: capability features, lifecycle, and application levels, addressing issues of inconsistent industry understanding and unclear implementation paths. Part 3 defines the concept, attributes, and relationship rules of standard ontology, breaking through traditional linear document structures and building a multi-dimensional semantic network to solve the problem of semantic fragmentation in traditional standards. Part 4 specifies rules for standard data, processes, stakeholder roles, and collaborative management of the development process in a digital environment, helping to break down information barriers in traditional standard formulation and improve the efficiency and quality of standard development.
