Exposing the Chaos in Private Domain Health Marketing: Some Companies Increase Capital by 4,900% After Just 9 Months of Operation, Others Mired in "Right to Life" Disputes
How Do AI and Life Rights Disputes Reflect Health Marketing Risks?
After CCTV’s 3.15 Evening Gala exposed some issues with private domain health marketing, the business and legal records of related companies have attracted attention. Through Tianyancha’s publicly available data, it is evident that some involved companies have experienced significant changes in their capital structure, trademark status, and case records.
Among the companies involved, Hainan Pharmaceutical Factory Co., Ltd. appeared in the product chain. Judicial information from Tianyancha shows that this company has been involved in multiple disputes over sales contracts, including cases related to “life rights, bodily rights, and health rights.” These types of cases are usually connected to product liability or personal injury.
In the downstream marketing sector, the capital changes of Shenyang Aoying Cultural Media Co., Ltd. have also drawn attention. Public information indicates that the company was established in February 2024 with a registered capital of 20,000 yuan. In November 2024, the company’s registered capital increased from 20,000 yuan to 1 million yuan, a 4,900% increase. Business change records show that this adjustment occurred shortly after the company’s founding.
From an industry perspective, there are many companies related to short dramas and advertising. Tianyancha data shows that there are over 105,000 companies involved in short dramas nationwide. By 2025, more than 800 enforcement cases related to this industry have been recorded. In the advertising sector, the total number of companies exceeds 12.62 million, with approximately 2.94% having experienced abnormal operation records.
