Viewpoint Network News: Shenzhen China World Trade Property announced on March 16 that China World Trade Property Shandong Company recently won the bid for the property management service project of Shandong Ancient Architecture Museum, providing high-quality comprehensive property services including cultural relics security, visitor reception, guided tours, and daily operations and maintenance.

According to reports, the Shandong Ancient Architecture Museum (formerly “World Red Swastika Society Jinan Mother House”) is located at No. 51 Shangxin Street, Shizhong District, Jinan City. It was listed as the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units in 2006 and was included in the “20th Century Architectural Heritage of China” list in 2026. The building was originally constructed in 1934, designed by Xiao Yiqing and other students of Liang Sicheng. It combines Ming and Qing palace styles with European decorative elements, exemplifying a modern architecture fusion of Chinese and Western styles. In April 2025, approved by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee Office, it was officially designated as the Shandong Ancient Architecture Museum, transforming from “static protection” to “dynamic inheritance.”

Given the dual attributes of this project as both a nationally important cultural relics protection unit and a specialized museum, China World Trade Property Shandong Company will assemble a professional service team, focusing on strengthening cultural relics security, optimizing visitor reception procedures, and conducting specialized training in cultural relics etiquette. The goal is to create a service system that combines professionalism with human warmth, helping to improve the quality of public cultural services.
