Abstract generation in progress

Yesterday, the A-shares bottomed out and rebounded, and overnight, foreign markets surged upward, giving us high expectations for today. However, in the early trading session, securities firms, insurance, and real estate, which hadn’t moved for a long time, showed coordinated activity. When these three sectors move together, it often indicates increased expectations for reserve requirement ratio cuts and interest rate reductions. The market did not disappoint, quickly breaking through 4,100 points in the morning. But after 10:30, due to insufficient trading volume, the market pulled back.

I believe that the rebound in many traditional industries is not a bad thing, but the key is whether there is enough volume. As traditional sectors rise, if the market volume does not expand, and there is no volume, these large players dancing cannot continue for long. If there is no volume on the chart, whether it’s a volume-driven rise or a quick decline, it may reflect the true direction. Sure enough, after 10:30, the index began to fall back. Yesterday, whether the market was weak or strong, we should give it a thumbs up. Today, while foreign markets are strong, we are weakening again, which is truly confusing. Whether it should rise or fall, the market is very hesitant, but this hesitation won’t last forever. The time for a change in trend should not be far off.
