Wall Wall Finance, March 17th: As of midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index decreased by 0.04%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell by 0.40%, and the ChiNext Index declined by 0.58%. Insurance II, General Steel, and Real Estate Services led the gains, while Electronic Chemicals II, Sports II, and Oilfield Engineering collectively retreated.
Regarding ETF performance, the top five gainers at midday were: Hong Kong Securities ETF E Fund (513090) up 3.18%, Securities & Insurance ETF E Fund (512070) up 2.65%, Hong Kong Stock Connect Innovative Drug ETF Southern (159297) up 2.61%, Sci-Tech Innovation Drug ETF Huatai-PineBridge (589120) up 2.45%, and Hang Seng Biotechnology ETF Southern (159615) up 2.41%.
The top five decliners were: Shenzhen Value ETF China Merchants (159913) down 8.50%, Communication Equipment ETF (159583) down 2.93%, Communication ETF Harvest (159695) down 2.80%, Communication ETF GF Securities (159507) down 2.80%, and Communication ETF (515880) down 2.78%.
In terms of ETF trading volume, the top ten half-day transactions were: Hong Kong Securities ETF E Fund (513090) with 8.381 billion yuan, A500 ETF Fund (512050) with 7.369 billion yuan, A500 ETF Huatai-PineBridge (563360) with 6.194 billion yuan, A500 ETF Southern (159352) with 5.453 billion yuan, CSI A500 ETF (159338) with 4.967 billion yuan, Hang Seng Tech ETF (513130) with 4.276 billion yuan, Hong Kong Stock Connect Innovative Drug ETF (513120) with 4.106 billion yuan, Hang Seng Tech Index ETF (513180) with 3.632 billion yuan, Korea-China Semiconductor ETF (513310) with 2.974 billion yuan, Energy & Chemical ETF CCB (159981) with 2.458 billion yuan.
