Market activity boosting securities sector allocation value, continuous capital deployment in securities ETF (512880), with net capital inflow exceeding 2 billion yuan over the past 20 days
Active market trading boosts the valuation of the securities sector. From a capital perspective, the securities ETF (512880) has seen a net capital inflow of over 2 billion yuan in the past 20 days.
Dongwu Securities pointed out that as of March 13, the trading volume in the securities industry in March has increased month-on-month, and market activity remains high. The average daily stock fund trading volume in March has risen by 10.55% compared to last month, and margin financing balances have significantly increased year-on-year. On the policy front, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has emphasized promoting high-quality development of the capital market, adhering to the principles of stability, progress, quality improvement, and efficiency. The focus is on risk prevention, strengthened regulation, and high-quality growth, aiming to achieve qualitative improvements and reasonable quantitative growth in the capital market. Specific measures include continuously advancing policies such as the Sci-Tech Innovation Board “1+6” and the M&A six rules, releasing and implementing deepening reform plans for the ChiNext Board, accelerating the optimization of refinancing mechanisms, and further expanding exit channels for private equity and venture capital funds. Additionally, the CSRC revised and issued guidelines for periodic fund disclosure to enhance industry transparency. The valuation of securities firms is expected to further improve, considering the positive industry development policies, with a number of high-quality, specialized securities firms likely to stand out.
The securities ETF (512880) tracks the Securities Company Index (399975), which selects listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets that are closely related to securities market activities as sample stocks. The index covers brokerage, investment banking, proprietary trading, and other businesses, reflecting the overall performance of listed companies in the securities industry.
