The focus is on risk prevention, strengthened regulation, and high-quality growth, aiming to achieve qualitative improvements and reasonable quantitative growth in the capital market. Specific measures include continuously advancing policies such as the Sci-Tech Innovation Board “1+6” and the M&A six rules, releasing and implementing deepening reform plans for the ChiNext Board, accelerating the optimization of refinancing mechanisms, and further expanding exit channels for private equity and venture capital funds. Additionally, the CSRC revised and issued guidelines for periodic fund disclosure to enhance industry transparency. The valuation of securities firms is expected to further improve, considering the positive industry development policies, with a number of high-quality, specialized securities firms likely to stand out.
