The Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress was held at 10:00 a.m. on March 8th in the press conference hall of the Media Center. State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi was invited to answer questions from Chinese and foreign journalists regarding “China’s foreign policy and international relations.”

In response to related questions, Wang Yi stated that building an equal and orderly multipolar world should be a shared responsibility of all countries. Major powers, with more resources and greater capabilities, should demonstrate a sense of responsibility, lead by example in following rules, keeping promises, and abiding by the law. China is willing to continue being a constructive force in transforming the world and, together with other countries, to welcome the arrival of a multipolar world.
