Our newspaper reports: To deeply implement the concept of “Finance for the People” and effectively improve financial consumer literacy, the Dandong Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China has officially launched the 2026 “3.15” Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education and Promotion Campaign starting March 5, based on higher-level arrangements. This campaign focuses on the theme “Clear and Bright Financial Networks, Protecting Peace of Mind in Consumption,” targeting elderly groups and “Two Departments and Two Members” new employment workers, providing targeted education and publicity to safeguard the financial interests of Dandong residents through practical actions.

The Dandong Branch of Postal Savings Bank fully leverages its network coverage across urban and rural areas to promote quality and efficient elderly-friendly services. Building on a solid service foundation established earlier, all branches continue to improve convenient facilities for assisting and protecting the elderly, such as barrier-free access, love seats, reading glasses, and mobile medicine boxes. They further optimize payment service processes for seniors, retain traditional savings passbook services, and make banking easier and more worry-free for senior customers.

Focusing on the “Two Departments and Two Members” new employment groups, the Dandong Branch actively carries out the “Financial Knowledge Delivery to Your Door” initiative. Considering the fast-paced work and fragmented information access of this group, local branches organize promotional teams to visit logistics parks and food delivery hubs, mainly explaining how to prevent scams like “order fraud rebates,” “套路贷” (loan tricks), and illegal fundraising traps, as well as popularizing legitimate channels for rights protection. Some branches, relying on the “Post Love Service Station” convenient service space, provide outdoor workers with drinking water and charging services, while also conducting financial literacy sessions, making financial knowledge accessible during rest breaks.

Next, the Dandong Branch of Postal Savings Bank will continue to deepen its financial education efforts with more down-to-earth approaches, enhancing the warmth of consumer protection services, and helping to build a clear and orderly financial consumption environment, so that the concept of “Peace of Mind Consumption” reaches thousands of households.
