Federal Pharmaceutical announced that it expects to record a profit of approximately 2 billion yuan for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, representing a decrease of about 24.76% compared to the profit of approximately 2.658 billion yuan in 2024.

The main reason for the company’s profit decline is the decrease in market prices for intermediates and raw materials within the year, leading to a profit drop of about 1.6 billion yuan and 400 million yuan respectively in these segments.

Despite the decline in profits from intermediates and raw materials, the formulation products segment saw a significant increase of about 1.4 billion yuan, with licensing fee income from Novo Nordisk contributing approximately 1.3 billion yuan, partially offsetting the profit decrease in the intermediates and raw materials segments.
