China Merchants Shekou announced that by February 2026, the company achieved a contracted sales area of 323,000 square meters, with contracted sales of 7.765 billion yuan. From January to February 2026, the company achieved a contracted sales area of 595,200 square meters, with contracted sales of 15.439 billion yuan. Since the brief on sales and land acquisition status in January 2026 was disclosed, the company has not added any new land reserve projects recently.
