Ethena plans to adjust sUSDe unstaking cooldown period to a dynamic mechanism, with a minimum reduction to 1 day

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Ethena announced on X that it plans to adjust the unbonding cooling period for sUSDe from the previous fixed 7 days to a dynamic mechanism linked to the proportion of stablecoins with high liquidity in the USDe reserve. Under the new mechanism, the current sUSDe unbonding waiting period will be shortened from 7 days to 1 day, and the future cooling period will fluctuate between 1 and 7 days depending on the composition ratio of high-liquidity assets in the USDe reserve.
