According to insiders who directly received notifications from port authorities, Oman has issued a precautionary measure, instructing all ships to evacuate the main oil export terminal, Mina Al Fahal.

Mina Al Fahal is located outside the Strait of Hormuz and is one of the few ports in the Middle East where crude oil can still be shipped to global markets. However, attacks in the region have made nearby waters unsafe.

Data intelligence company Kpler reports that Oman exports approximately 1 million barrels of crude oil daily from Mina Al Fahal.

Fujairah Port in the United Arab Emirates, also outside the Strait of Hormuz, continues to load oil, but some shipowners are avoiding the port due to attack risks. Yanbu Port along the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia remains available for crude oil exports.
